Board Meetings

Board Meetings are held the first Thursday of every month and open to the public except October, November and December.

Meetings begin at 7:30PM except for in May, June, July, August and September when meetings begin at 8:30PM.

Meetings are typically held at the Jefferson Township Building located at 157 Great Belt Road Butler, PA 16002.

Next Board Meeting will be held on Thursday, August 29th- tentatively at 6:00 p.m. at the Jefferson Township Municipal Building, 157 Great Belt Road, Butler, PA 16002.

We are welcoming any parent that would like to express feedback about our upcoming travel teams and seasons to attend the meeting.  Travel team coaches will be voted on at our September board meeting.  Anyone interested in coaching a travel team is required to express their interest in writing to the board by emailing [email protected]
